I began my career as a recording engineer at a major Japanese record label, contributing to numerous million-selling hits and chart-topping projects, including legendary series such as “Detective Conan” and “SLAM DUNK.” Through these high-profile productions, I refined a rigorous professional protocol for commercial audio engineering at the highest industry level.

Working alongside international engineers and musicians led me to a profound realization: the necessity of reflecting one’s own cultural identity in music. My mission is to bridge the “Authenticity” of Japanese traditional music with modern visual media, translating ancient resonance into the next generation of immersive soundscapes.
Strategic Base: The Source of Tradition
My production base is located in Osaka, in the immediate vicinity of Kyoto—the spiritual heart of Japan with over 2000 years of history. My private studio is situated near the Department of Japanese Traditional Music at the Osaka College of Music, Western Japan’s largest conservatory and a vital hub for the heirs of traditional artistry. This strategic location allows me to capture live performances from elite masters, infusing my work with the unique “Ma” (space) and organic resonance that digital synthesis cannot replicate.

I maintain an industry-standard immersive workflow, capturing the source with a high-end signal chain featuring Neumann TLM 103 microphones and Belden cabling for pristine signal integrity. To ensure the highest degree of spatial accuracy, my monitoring environment is calibrated with Sony 360 VME (Virtual Mixing Environment) using a personalized HRTF profile. Operating within a Nuendo 15, WaveLab Pro, and Nugen Audio environment, I provide high-precision ADM BWF (Dolby Atmos) files complete with meticulous metadata, ensuring seamless integration into global media pipelines.
